These 800 West Virginians, represent by default the many thousands that couldnt make it due to it being a work day, and a miserable cold wet environment that many older folks had to avoid. The coroner says the suspect was 25-year-old Demario Brown from Johns Island. Police said officers responded to the scene after a call about shots being fired.
